Trading disclosures - November 2008 update

The Government has laid before Parliament the draft Companies (Trading Disclosures) (Amendment) Regulations 2008. This will bring in two further exceptions to the requirement to display the company name at its registered office, place of business or inspection place. Broadly speaking, these are where a liquidator/administrator or administrative receiver has been appointed and it is their place of business and/or to provide protection for sensitive locations. More information can be found on the BERR website.
