BIS will now be considering the responses they have received to this consultation. Kathleen O'Reilly, Jordans Head of Internal Legal Services comments "This is an opportunity for Jordans to affect changes made by BIS in the implementation of the Companies Act 2006 in this area. In our response we highlighted areas of difficulty as a result of feedback from clients and our own experiences. We are also pressing for the information requirements in relation to share rights to be reviewed as well."
