The Companies (Shares and Share Capital) Order 2009 (SI2009/388) was published on 4 March 2009 and comes into force on 1 October 2009. It sets out provisions relating to shares and share capital including the prescribed particulars of rights attached to each class of shares which must be included in a statement of capital.
