The BIS consultation on objecting to a registered office address closed on 19 January 2010. Jordans have submitted their response. Kathleen O'Reilly, Jordans Head of Internal Legal Services comments "The changes that BIS proposes in this area will be very welcome. This problem does not arise all that often compared to the number of companies that are registered with Companies House.
