Companies Act Seminars
With implementation of new provisions brought about by the Companies Act 2006 gathering pace, companies and their professional advisers need to ensure they are up to speed on this significant piece of legislation. Jordans is hosting a series of FREE breakfast seminars designed to provide an overview of the changes already in force, the provisions still to be implemented and the practical issues they present.
Registration and a light breakfast at 9 am followed by informative and practical sessions from experienced speakers, including a representative from Companies House, who will be on hand to answer delegate questions. 12 noon close. Delegates are welcome to submit questions in advance although the informal nature of the event will provide ample opportunity for questions during and after the event. Submit a question for our speakers
Who should attend?
Accountants, commercial lawyers, business advisers and those working in company secretarial departments whether in private practice or groups of companies – indeed anyone involved with the incorporation or, more particularly the ongoing statutory administration of companies. Delegates of previous Jordans seminars wishing to update their knowledge should also find the content highly relevant. Delegates will receive a comprehensive pack, including speakers’ slides and background information regarding the topics covered.
What have delegates thought of previous seminars?
“Although complex, well worth attending to raise the issues of the new Act and how it will impact on advisors and accountants"
Geoff Jennings, TaxAssist
"A well presented, informative seminar. Thank you"
Tim Richardson, Trafalgar Accounting
